		<description><![CDATA[Tried this out the other evening, using sweet potato and courgette to make the &quot;pasta&quot;.  Fashioning the sweet potato into a suitable shape to efficiently &quot;pasta-ize / pastinate&quot; resulted in something strongly resembling a rectal stimulation aid, but this shape did make it perfect to grasp whilst turning.

Then I rustled up an arrabiata sauce, fried off a little bacon, garnished with a little salad, drizzled some oil and balsamic vinegar then finished off by crumbling some mozzarella on top.

I wasn&#039;t expecting it to be great, as I am not partial to &quot;healthy&quot; food generally. It was, however, utterly awesome and we&#039;ll be eating a whole lot more of it from now on.  Many thanks for the recipe.]]></description>
